Terms of use

Draft: this text will be reviewed before Drape opens to the public.
The rules for using Drape, in plain words.
What Drape is
Drape keeps your wardrobe (clothes you have, from a photo, and pieces you'd like, from a store's link), puts outfits together for you, lets you see them on yourself, and can find pieces in online stores to complete a look.
We don't sell clothes. Links lead to the stores' own websites: when you buy, you buy from the store, under its terms, prices and return policy.
Plans and payment
- Drape is free to start, with a set number of free try-ons and outfit suggestions. The paid plans (shown on our home page) each include a number of try-ons, outfit suggestions and shopped looks every month.
- A month's allowance starts again on the 1st of each month. What you don't use isn't carried over. A try-on or a search that fails is not counted. Daily limits also apply, to keep the service fair for everyone.
- Subscriptions are sold by Whop, as the seller: it takes the payment, handles VAT and invoices, and lets you change plan or cancel at any time. A cancelled plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds and your right of withdrawal are handled by Whop under its terms and the law. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Try-ons and suggestions are a guide
Try-on images are made by AI from your photos and the photos of the pieces. They are a close impression, not an exact picture: colours, fit and details can differ from the real garment.
Outfit suggestions follow classic styling rules, but style is personal: take them as ideas. Pieces found in stores, their prices and their availability come from the stores' pages and can change: check them on the store's site before you buy.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. One account per person.
- Try-on and body photos are for people aged 18 or over.
- You can delete your account at any time, in Settings.
Your photos and links
Your photos stay yours. You let us use them only to provide Drape to you (for example to make your try-ons), as described in the privacy policy.
Only upload photos of yourself, and of clothes. Never upload photos of someone else, of children, or anything explicit or illegal. Only add links to public product pages.
Fair use
- Use the try-on images for yourself. Don't use them to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone.
- Don't copy or scrape Drape, overload it, share an account, or try to get around its limits.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Drape running, but it can be unavailable at times, and features can change. If these terms or the plans change in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
Responsibility
We are responsible for what we do, as the law requires. We are not responsible for stores' products, prices, deliveries or returns: those are between you and the store. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms follow French law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protections of your country's consumer law. If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are quickly solved.
